Extremely groovy. Great look at the mixture of funk and mod.

It's not written for me, but I appreciate the musical talent and wordplay behind it.

Melancholy, biting, and sarcastic. The album equivalent of a cat knocking something off of the shelf on purpose.

Beautiful voice, particular in Behind the Wall. I don't love all of the songs, but I appreciate why she's considered influential.

Very avantgarde for the time. A great mix of professional musicians and oddballs trying to change the paradigm.
