1001 Albums Summary

Not terrible but also not really my thing. Ambient, slow paced and artsy. If you enjoy artists such as Björk, you might like this album.

Didn’t think much of it based on the first song. By half way through the album I could see how a band like this has influenced many of the other bands I listen to that would follow in the years to come. Overall not my fave album but going to give it the credit it deserves.

Loved this album! A nice break from the other albums I’ve been reviewing. Heavy on the jazz, Ray truly delivered on the vocals and piano!

Good old’ western cowboy country. I would have never listened to this if not assigned and I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I really enjoyed the album overall. Reminded me of something my great grandpa listened to on the ranch. Woody’s round up vibes.
