It sounds like someone who isn't sure if they are in the 60s, 70s or 80s, and so is trying to interpret them all at once.

I love this album, though it does have a few 'less good' tracks; overall, it's a five-star album for me.

It was OK; not feeling particularly compelled to listen to it again, though.
