1001 Albums Summary

This album would've benefited from being 8-10 tracks. There are a few songs that just don't carry any weight. I hadn't listened to this through in a long while, and my middle school self is a little disappointed with my current view of the album. Probably should be a 3, but 4 for nostalgia.

I could not wait for this to be over, from about song 2. I hate to rate it so low because I think this is more personal preference than a comment on it's quality, but I found this super annoying.

I really enjoyed this one. Added it to my want list.

As a non-Queen fan, I really enjoyed this record.

I really enjoyed the first couple tracks on this. Groovy baselines over trance synths at time - but it got old kind of fast.

Classic for a reason.

This started really strong for me, but as it went on I felt like every song really felt the same. Maybe on multiple listens as the lyrics set in, it would improve. But first impressions weren't great for me.

Enjoyable, not great.

Forgot what a banger this album was. Front to back. Interesting sounds, great lyrics, and Frank's best vocal performance by miles.
