1001 Albums Summary

Remember liking this more when I was a kid. Knights of cydonia is still fun and a lot of the tracks are at least interesting, but the majority of the album isn’t doing much for me. Vocal and synth tones are my biggest gripes.

A part of me wishes this album kept the same high energy going the whole way through. The rest of me appreciates the musicianship on the softer tracks. Super fun listen.

Got bored quickly. Appreciate the songwriting but it’s not my speed. Alison is still great though.

Iconic. Some of Metallica’s best songwriting. Would be an all time great album if it were mixed slightly better.
