Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
May 23 2024

I’ve never listed to Bob Dylan before. Definitely not an artist of genre that I’d reach for but his music sounds like a it would be great for a film score. Not 100% sure I’ve I’d revisit but it’s great to expand my palette.

She's So Unusual by Cyndi Lauper
May 24 2024

Very fun, experimental album! 'Girls Just Want to Have fun is a staple!

L.A. Woman by The Doors
May 27 2024

I’m not a rock girly at all. Maybe if it was 80s, I’d have more interest but not really feeling it.

Music in Exile by Songhoy Blues
May 28 2024

Wow! Didn't expect this sound at all. Very Rock-Bluesy. Apple Music categorizes their music as "Worldwide" but I feel like it's too broad.

Crime Of The Century by Supertramp
May 29 2024

'School' is a super fun album introduction. It sounds like a video game placement. I've heard 'Dreamer' before but I can't place it. This album sounds really fun and experimental.

Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi
Jul 30 2024

This is my first time listening to Bon Jovi and I don’t know what I expected. The instrumentation on ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ is every Western-y. Bon Jovi sings really well, so I understand the appeal. It’s not my favorite genre but definitely don’t hate it. The introduction to ‘Social Disease’ is wilddd and caught me off guard.

Mama's Gun by Erykah Badu
Jul 31 2024

Mama’s Gun is Erykah’s second album I believe and my absolute favorite. I’m definitely a fan of Ms. Badu and listen to her music often. I’ve seen her in concert and heard these songs sang live many, many times. My favorite had to be ‘Didn’t Cha Know.’ The introduction is just so amazing. It’s pure nostalgia and bliss every time I listen to this album. I’ll forever be a fan.

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Aug 02 2024

Familiar with Stan Getz from my college Jazz Appreciation course. Very soothing!

Blackstar by David Bowie

Interesting sound!
