Parklife by Blur
Jan 07 2025

Never really listened to Blur before. There were songs I recognized that I hadn’t realized was them. They are more experimental than I had previously thought since I really only remember their big hit which doesn’t really sound like this album. I liked it!

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Jan 08 2025

Fluuuutes! Also, I’ll have to remember that “My God” would be a fantastic track to paint to.

Larks' Tongues In Aspic by King Crimson
Jan 09 2025

Was not expecting this! I guess I thought King Crimson was something else because I loved how weird and experimental this was! I will certainly check this album out again. Especially “Easy Money”- loved that track!

Bossanova by Pixies
Jan 10 2025

I LOVE the Pixies! This album in particular brings me back to the end of me living in Seattle and the transition of moving back to CA. Definitely a staple album in my life and a significant band as well!

Bummed by Happy Mondays
Jan 13 2025

Like this genre of music, but I wasn’t really feeling this album and lost interest halfway through.

Felt like an acid trip

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse

The New Tango by Astor Piazzolla

Pretty cool vibes, prefer the first half over the second half…

Country Life by Roxy Music
Jan 29 2025

Love!! Not usually the Roxy album I go for so it was great to revisit!

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Jan 31 2025

Hot take: This band is really talented. Even more controversial: this album is really good.
