1001 Albums Summary

Other than sweet black angle, the whole thing sounded like 1 song, start to finish. No good hooks. Good piano on Let it Loose, reminiscent of The Office theme song.

Sounds like a children’s album. If I never hear That’ll Be The Day again, it’ll be too soon.

It’s hard to separate the album from the time in my life. Good song writing can carry poor vocals, but it’s not often that good vocals can carry flat song writing. Some genuine gems on here, namely, Rehab and Back to Black.

Australia is not at all accurate, and much like a flight to Australia, too long.
