Very clear that the guitar work and drumming are second to none. I hadn't listened to this all the way through before. Mostly just "Runnin' with the Devil", "Eruption", and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love", which are great. New tracks to add to my rotation are "I'm the One" and "Jamie's Cryin'" Solid album from start to finish, and a great taste of what was to come from them.

This is not really my thing at all. I can see the creativity, and there are few songs with some hooks that are fun to listen to.

I didn't really like U2 very much, but I liked this more than I thought I would. It was sort of repetitive, but not necessarily in a bad way.

Really, really good. This is not my cup of tea as far as genres go, but this is universally just likable soul music. You can see how this album influenced a lot of stuff that came after, even though it's very representative of its time with the instrumentation.

Not my thing. Pretty chill though.
