1001 Albums Summary

The high range of her voice annoys me to no end for some reason, and she has like 3 songwriting tricks. Head over feet goes pretty hard tho.

I was pretty bored most of the time. Kinda reminded me of Mac Demarco for a lot of it. (I guess you could say it’s more one way than the other) It’s interesting how any of the Beatles in isolation really demonstrate’s one component in their sound, which was so much more than the sum of it’s parts.

Maybe I’ve just got TikTok brainrot, but every song on this album could be 40-60% shorter, and it would make no difference. They’re all long and slow and repetitive and drenched in delay. Great rhythm section, but they must be bored af playing live in this band.

Not listening to albums by bad sex mans.
