Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere
Neil Young & Crazy HorseEhhhhhh. If Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen had a voice baby, it'd be Neil Young on this album.

1. It Won't Be Long - can be buried in a hole far away from my cochlears. 2. All I've Got To Do - Liked. Downloaded. 3. All My Loving - off their 2nd album that's awesome. Classic. Like the harmonies a lot. 4. Don't Bother Me - love the percussion in this song a lot. It reminds me of Latin American samba. Downloaded. 5. Little Child - meh. 6. Till There Was You - love the acoustic guitar. Downloaded. 7. Please Mister Postman - yeesh my poor cochlears. I don't think I like this song? Every cover is bad on my ears. Skipped halfway. 8. Roll Over Beethoven - quintessential early Beatles sound pero no download for me. 9. Hold Me Tight - meh. 10. You Really Got a Hold On Me - those opening notes are so iconic and only meant for The Miracles. pass. 11. I Wanna Be Your Man - meh. 12. Devil In Her Heart - meh. 13. Not A Second Time - do love the piano a lot in this song. 14. Money (That's What I Want) - stronger cover than the others. Love the breakdown at the end. Not really one that I would download but still strong. Piano by George Martin ("The 5th Beatle") Final Thoughts - 14 songs and the entire album is 31 minutes. Gnarly different standards now a days. I would give this a 3/5 but add half a point for it being a quintessential stand alone Beatles album. Rating: 3.5/5
Other than track 2 - this album was not my vibe! Song 2 seems to be an outlier to the entire album.
Love this album overall. It will stand the test of time. Class British 90's sound.
The problem for me is all the songs start to sound monotonous. But giving it 3/5 stars for the nostalgia.
I just think overall David Bowie is boring. I love his voice though and appreciate his art.
Loved this so much!
The sound is just so original. Not something I want to listen to regularly, but respect this for what it is.

Loved this! Very refreshing, and I don't believe I had ever listed to the Dire Straits before.
Loved this!
3 stars only because that wasn't my thing but I respect the sound and artistry for what it was at the time.
