Bossa Nova/ Jazz Recorded in a single afternoon in a church in washington DC. Great mellow jazz with brazilian influence’s, relaxing and laid back would play again in the background. 7.5

The title comes from a line in Hermann Hesse’s Demian, referencing the mystical unity of opposites—a fitting vibe for such a genre-melding record. 8.0

Swamp rock / Roots rock It’s packed with hits and shows off their fusion of Southern rock, blues, and country, even though the band was from California. Despite its massive success, the sessions were reportedly tense behind the scenes, hinting at the tensions that would eventually split the band. I really hated this album. It was extremely repetitive and every song sounds the same. The vocalist has an annoying raspy loud voice and delivery. Its technically well produced but thats it. It reminds me of dirty bars in the American south, it’s essentially if white trash was an album. 1.0

After disappointing sales of their previous album, they were under pressure to go commercial—but instead doubled down on their prog-rock roots. The result: a bold, side-long suite (“2112”) about a dystopian future where music is outlawed. Side B contains more straightforward, hard-rocking songs, but it’s the ambitious, sprawling title suite that cemented their place in rock history. 2112 wasn’t just a commercial success—it became a defining statement of artistic integrity. I enjoyed this album especially the grand epic 20 minute first song, the vocalists high pitched delivery was cool and i loved how many different elements the music had. Good Album 7.0

At Mister Kelly’s is one of her most beloved live recordings and showcases her blend of technical brilliance and warmth, backed by a tight trio that lets her voice take center stage. Great live jazz with singing, good vibes. No complaints just a great album 7.5
