1001 Albums Summary

This is a great album, but I'll be ranking all these albums hard. The back half I enjoyed more than the front due to the more complex sound though the lyricism stayed strong throughout. Little slow and sometimes boring. Standout track: mountain o things

Great jazz album but I always will prefer neo jazz. Definitely still enjoyed it, but won't be returning.

Interesting album, I recall hearing some of it in my youth. Just not too exciting.

I've heard it many times but it's not something I like to hear in full unless I'm studying. I'm not in school any more so it just felt so long. Great impactful album but it's just okay.

I mean, it's fine and obviously good music. I just think he's boring outside of performances. I loved seeing him live last year but not someone I'd listen to studio recordings of honestly.
