Hard to feel unhappy listening to this album. Nostalgic bright guitars, energetic keys, velvety vocals. Nice. Every song is pretty crowded.

Listening to this album feels like watching a movie about Jack Black going on an epic quest to battle evil. There's flames, blades, sparks, sweat, dirt, and glory. Didn't realize Run for the Hills focuses on colonialism vs natives; really interesting.

Rhythmic; easy listening. Easy to focus on other projects while this album plays background. Some of the instrumentation is a step away from being indie surf rock, but there are other influences in the album. Album feels a little incoherent, but is nevertheless underpinned by a steady nostalgic sound.

Bumps. Flows. Flavor. Sounds like a good cruise in the city at dusk or a 90s street dance battle. Hitting the roller coaster like a grind rail in the Tony Hawk Project 8 theme park.
