Popular Reviews

Happy Trails by Quicksilver Messenger Service

Really enjoyable. Just good, well played music, something I plan on coming back to when I need ambient good noise.

Band On The Run by Paul McCartney and Wings
May 12 2025

Good music, just not my type of sound or preferred lyrical style

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
May 15 2025

Interesting tunes, but not my style

Murmur by R.E.M.
May 16 2025

I somewhat enjoy it, but it all just mixes together, it doesn't feel super distinct to listen to.

The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails
May 19 2025

Very interesting sound, themes were more explicit than I like. Worth listening too, probably won't seek out again though

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
May 20 2025

I found the lyrics uninteresting and the music wasn't engaging me.

Green by R.E.M.
May 21 2025

Quite enjoyable, I like the lyrics and the musical style of REM. It doesn't grab a hold of my attention necessarily, but I appreciate it when I listen to it.

The Next Day by David Bowie
May 26 2025

Very interesting. I liked the instrumentals and most of the music that was played, it had good depth to it. The lyrics were above average, I don't know that Bowie's voice at this point is as good as it used to be, but there is clearly vision.

Violator by Depeche Mode
May 27 2025

Not a genre I'm very familiar with, but I feel it's done well, and I enjoy the music

Fragile by Yes
May 28 2025

Fairly interesting, the instrumentals are quite good, but I'm not the biggest fan of the vocals, and the lyrics don't grab me.

The Real Thing by Faith No More
May 29 2025

The best song in the album is one they didn't write. Woodpecker from Mars probably takes second. The rest of it wasn't particularly enjoyable to my tastes.

Happy Trails by Quicksilver Messenger Service
May 30 2025

Really enjoyable. Just good, well played music, something I plan on coming back to when I need ambient good noise.

The White Album by Beatles
Jun 02 2025

it just isn't for me. I can appreciate the skill that goes into this album, but I don't enjoy the Beatles sound signature.

Lost In The Dream by The War On Drugs
Jun 03 2025

Good music, I enjoyed listening to it, though I didn't find it particularly noteworthy

Machine Head by Deep Purple
Jun 04 2025

This album failed to catch my attention, it was just noise. Not bad noise, but I won't remember it.

Ten by Pearl Jam
Jun 05 2025

I quite enjoyed this album. The music is well crafted and has a distinct and compelling sound. My only criticism is a lot of the lyrics don't particularly call to me, or tell a captivating story. They are still quite good, they just aren't quite my style.

Face to Face by The Kinks
Jun 06 2025

Not something I particularly enjoyed.
