-Most main riffs are good, but aren't very dissimilar to one another -Solid opening few tracks, Burnout being an insane intro -Outro is shite, decent guitar but the vocals are far from it -Best songs: Burnout, Basket Case, Longview -Worst songs: Emenius Sleepus, All by Myself -Overall rating: 7.1/10, probably wouldn't listen to in full again

-One of the greatest albums of the decade -Consistent throughout the entirety of the album -Perfect way to debut an artist, with build-up singles -Best Songs: The View From The Afternoon, Mardy Bum, When The Sun Goes Down, A Certain Romance -Worst Songs: Still Take You Home, Perhaps Vampires Is A Bit Strong But... -Overall Rating: 8.9/10

-Strong guitar and vocals throughout -A top 20-25 album of all time -Some weaker points which drag on slightly (not often though) -Best Song: Let's Go Crazy, Purple Rain -Worst Song: Take Me With U -Overall 9.6/10

-Need to listen to more by The Smiths -Solid vocals and guitar riffs -Good mix of electric and acoustic -Best Songs: Headmaster's Ritual, What She Said, Well I Wonder -Worst Songs: Rusholme Ruffians, That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore -Overall Rating: 8.2/10

-Some of the greatest experimental music of that era -No skips on the entire album -None of the album feels the same -Best Songs: In The Flowers, My Girls, Bluish, Lion In A Coma, Brother Sport -Worst Songs: None of them -Overall Rating: 9.8

-All of the electric guitar parts are played well by EVH -Album wasn't insanely influential in the same way as others from then -A lot of the music feels very similar -Best Songs: Runnin' With The Devil, Eruption, On Fire -Worst Songs: I'm the One, Atomic Punk, Ice Cream Man -Overall Rating: 8.3/10
