Boooo so boring!
The Age of Pamparius started off so strong and I was into it and then the rest of the album was jsut quarter note cymbal crashes and soulless power chord chugging with a dude yelling penis breathe over and over.
Some of the other songs intros were pretty good and got me to think maybe this next one would be good but nope just more relentless crashes and drowning power chords.
I literally had to take a break at Monkey On My Back cause I couldn’t bear anymore in one sitting. Then to be fair the main saving grace for me was the only two songs that are technically bonus tracks. I enjoyed the riffs on them but for the album to only be good at the first and last two songs is rough to sit through.

Chrissie Hynde can step on my balls!
Fantastic album, great change of pace from yesterday’s pile of shit. Albums got the angst, sadness, happiness and sexuality we all look for in music. At a first glance I got a sense of Big Marlins Jessica Snyder early years on the vocals but that then was switched to a Joan Jett vibe which was completely way off and wrong. Space Invader, Private Life, Lovers of Today are probably my favorite three. I like to believe that when we all got to Brass In Pocket we all went “Oh shit they did THIS song!?” Stop Your Sobbing really resonated with me simply for the reason I daydreamed of bawling uncontrollably in Chrissie Hyndes arms and she yelled at me repeatedly to stop sobbing. Enjoyed this one enough that I gave it a full re-listen today to refresh what I liked specifically. Would definitely listen again but at the same time not the best album and not really any songs I would put on alone I think.
Honorable Mention: Porcelain

Little Richard has a Big Voice!
This album did not do anything for me. It jsut seemed like more or less the same song over and over for 40 minutes. I appreciate the time period and the music of that day but I’m more of a Dion Dimucci and Frankie Vallie kind of guy. And that’s not a race thing. I really wouldn’t listen to any of these ever again by choice. No notable songs that stuck out to me.
Not a big rap or hip hop guy but I’d prefer the old school stuff over the the current stuff. Obviously this is one of the most classic albums for old school hip hop. Not exactly something I enjoy listening to much but still really album
Overall enjoyed the album but not something I would throw on ever again.
Obviously Blister In The Sun is the one exception to this, top tier song. The guy is jsut a little too whiny and annoying for me at times but I did enjoy most of the songs sometimes jsut because they were funny. Particularly Add It Up, Gone Daddy Gone, and Gimmie The Car. I think we’ve all been sexually frustrated with a woman before and straight up asked her Why Can’t I Jsut get One Fuck. The same goes with straight up asking your dad to gimme the car because I need to have sex with the local tramp since it has AC vs. my car with no AC.
Solid way to start to the morning. Very peaceful and tranquil but active songs to get the day going. Always love random jazz
Stevie Wonder and Daredevil are the coolest blind guys
Superstition is on this one so it already gets a 4. Lot of the songs he’s jsut ripping the Clav and I was grooving with it
Enjoyed the album overall but exactly something I like listening to in my free time. Enjoyed the dudes voice
Fav song: Hoover Dam
Always been more of a Bon Jovi kinda guy but still the respect the Jersey love.
Shoulda known he was the original Atlantic City guy and not the The Band. But The Band does it wayyyy better
Album got me nostalgic for a home I’ve never even seen but Bruce’s slow style in this jsut dosent really get me allll that into it
Don’t care for Van Halen that much but still the hits are always fun and catchy
Actually pretty cool story art going on here and chill morning music not something I listen to often but didn’t hate it or love it
Do not like this genre of music
RIP to Brian Wilson
And fuck Mike Love
Beach Boys are legendary and this was a cool acapella voice album thing. Enjoyed this one especially Roll Plymouth Rock
not as groovy as the name would have you believe
Fire album. Best Crosby stills Nash album but fuck Young, pompous liberal fuck. Every song is pretty much a hit. Jsut isn’t a five only because other ones that I love deserve it more
The Passenger. Also looks like a young version of a guy I work with
The most Transcedant album of all time. Not my favorite Pink Floyd or even in my top 3 but still you gotta appreciate it where it took the band and how it’s still probably there most wide known album. also they accidentally synced it with the wizard of Oz perfectly. My favorite Pink Floyd guitar solo ever is in Time. Us and them also amazing. Every song is a trip
