1001 Albums Summary

Didn’t listen to the whole thing yet. I hadn’t realized Punk was started so early. These guys were the pioneers. Brought back memories.

What an old favorite. Not much more can be said that hasn’t already. I think one of the first albums I ever bought as a kid when it first came out. Sitting in my room with the headphones on. What a trip.

This is a great album. I wasn’t into Springsteen so much when I was younger other than what was on the radio. Later in life, I discovered these songs, not knowing it wasn’t Nebraska album, but totally fell in love with them and it really put me in line with Springsteen finally. Listening to this album Made me relisten to Nebraska as well. Such a great body of work and a man who knows how to tell a story.

Great album. Shows all of their influences and their roots in music. Has a lot to say about the times and some still apply.

Thoroughly enjoyed the album. I had never listened to it prior. It really seemed quite modern and pertinent still perhaps they were truly pioneers in that sound.
