Machine Head
Deep PurpleThe very definition of 70s classic rock. Guitars are loud, vocals are good, lyrics are non-sense, but who cares cuz they’re fun as hell. Great. 4/5

So incredibly boring it’s crazy. A few decent tracks, but nothing that makes me want to come back for more.
I'm sorry this is mostly just extra theatrical Radiohead. I know that's kind of a hated opinion, but it's true. My real rating is like a 3.5, but since you can't do that here, I'm going to always round down when the rating ends in .5.
The 21st century version of “Remain in Light”. Futuristic in its production and deeply inspired in its lyrics, this is a near masterpiece that will be on my rotation for a while. 4.5/5
This might be my lack a synthpop listening, but this sounds like a mix of so many excellent things that all somehow work so well together. Masterpiece.
Extremally underrated. Even in their first album, you can already see Talking Heads great songwriting, this is almost a 5/5, but one or two less pristine songs hold it back. Still, this is excellent.
Good classic rock. Get rid of “Big Ten Inch Record” and it’s a 4. With its is a 3.5.
Good, but I can’t help but feel that this is very boring at some points. The only true standout for me was the great end with each instrument going at full 1968 force. That was excellent. The rest is ok. Solid 3

Pretty funny, and the whole Pharcyde group has great chemistry and a a great flow. The beats are very good too. Not really much I can say here other than its really good. 4/5
