1001 Albums Summary

This was fun to listen to in the setting I did, the conservatory at Carrick. I think it would make great music for a movie sound track and to me that’s a huge compliment. I recognised some of it I think which is probs why it was on this list. Mostly just fun is how I’d describe it. Go where you wanna go and Spanish Harlem were the highlights for me.

Didn’t love this … Bowie has just never been my cup of tea!! Heroes is a phenomenal song though, he really popped off with that one. I just don’t really get the rest of the songs and nothing sounds sonically capturing enough for me. I didn’t expect there to be a few instrumentals on this album but they didn’t really pop off either. Just kinda weird and that’s okay but like… I don’t think an album NEEDS sonic cohesion but this one hasn’t even heard of the concept.

Just don’t get the appeal. Sorry
