Kid A by Radiohead
Jul 23 2025

I have listened to this album a number of times already. Inconsistent quality plagues the album. Songs like The National Anthem, HTDC, and Motion Picture Soundtrack are some of my favorite songs of all time, but much of the rest of the album does nothing to draw me in or make me want to listen. 5/10

Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath
Jul 24 2025

Significantly more blues-rock than one would expect. Between the prominent featuring of harmonicas on a few tracks and the classic blues riffing, it’s hard to imagine that this was the record that created metal as we know it. The title track and NIB help to solidify that influence, though, and make this a classic.

Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jul 26 2025

I like how the album is split into two halves with two different vibes. The first half is more pessimistic and calling for a change, culminating in the “Exodus” of the people to a better place, part two. This half of the album is significantly more optimistic and upbeat, and is very fun to listen to.
