16 Lovers Lane by The Go-Betweens

An interesting album; it definitely has that 80s vibe to it. I don't know why when it said rock, I was expecting hard rock? It's more of that mellow rock and roll. There were most definitely some good melodies within each song. There were some questionable choral notes in some songs too, though. Not sure how I felt about that. However, most of the songs were good. I'd have to say my favorite was "Was There Anything I Could Do?"

At Newport 1960 by Muddy Waters

I normally steer clear of blues music, and I'm not 100% sure why. Still, this was a good album, in my opinion. I feel like the instrumentation in each song was pretty much the same. However, Muddy Waters has a good voice, and the songs are pretty enjoyable to listen to, if you're looking to listen to something more mellow. My favorite song was probably "Got My Mojo Working."

I really liked this album a lot. You can definitely tell it's from the 70s. One of the singers' voices remind me of Freddie Mercury! Now that I think about it, they kind of remind me of Queen. The music was really catchy, especially the instrumentals. I think my favorite song was "Friction".

I liked this album, even though it's not really my style. The style of music in this album kind of reminds me of another band, but I can't remember the name of them at the moment. I believe they were from the 1970s. But there were some catchy rhythms and such, and some songs had some interesting lyrics. I think my favorite song would be "Combination of the Two."

I must think that ‘hard rock’ means something completely different than what it actually does, because if this is a hard rock album, I’m a little confused. This sounds more like a normal rock album to me. But I may be mistaken. Nevertheless, I did enjoy listening to this album, though it was better for background music than actually vibing to music. The instrumentals were pretty good, as well as the lyrics, but it just wasn’t that groundbreaking to me.

This was a pretty chill album. It’s that old type of rock that can either be upbeat or more laid back. This album contained both kinds of songs. It was pretty enjoyable to listen to. Both the instrumentals and singing were very pleasant, and it made me feel pretty calm. My favorite song would be “Roadhouse Blues.”

I wasn't really a big fan of this album. The instrumentals were okay, but the lyrics kind of reduced the song qualities for me. They seemed a bit out of place to me. As for enjoyability, it was just okay. Nothing too special, probably better for background music. If I had to choose a favorite song, it would probably be "Cobra Bora."

Fuzzy Logic by Super Furry Animals

This was an extremely enjoyable album. This definitely felt and sounded like a punk rock album. It kinda brought me back to my middle school years, lol. I really liked the band's choice of lyrics in each song; they were pretty unique in my opinion. I'd say my favorite song was "Bad Behavior."
