Interesting listen from a band I had literally never heard of. I enjoyed almost everything for it's very specific vibe, but didn't take away any stand out songs. The sound was a mix of 80s synths and guitars with B52s-esque vocal stylings. I don't think I've truly listened to what is truly considered 'goth rock', on thinking about it, that's a label I would expect The Cure to fall under. Perhaps they do? Anyway, the eccentric arrangements and odd rhythms were inspiring. Odd choices like dueling melodic guitar figures suddenly bursting out almost atonally over the title track is cool. Does make me think making weird choices per your instinct is the way to make something good.
