1001 Albums Summary

Nostalgic of my childhood. Mentos! Great pretty much all the way through.

Generally boring and not something I would choose to listen to, but undeniable how impactful this album and sound were for punk to come. The song structures and progressions remind me a lot of early/basic rock and roll, but the guitar tones and vocals are more aggressive.

Epic album. Some really interesting ideas musically.

Some really dark lyrics even with happier sounding music. I hear some Rolling Stones similarities. Not something I’d listen to, but it’s a decent album.

I would never listen to this album, just not my kind of thing. But two stars because California Dreamin' is an all time greatest song.
