I really liked this album when it came out, kind of a time and place in my hipster days. Too bad it almost became a blueprint of the type of rock I really got sick of over the next 5 or 6 years. In spite of that, upon revisiting and free from the deluge of garbage indie, this album is still really solid. Loud and rocking I caught myself enjoying the listen here and there. Doesn't really stack up to a lot of the legends on this list, but in context a pretty okay experience.

Classic emo stuff, found this one after getting into Bright Eyes. Big Feels Really Diggin Happiness / The Gondola Man and Can't Make a Sound

Some of the earliest rock I ever listened to on an old hand me down stereo. Had a copied tape of this album dunno where it came from. Kinda liked it back then but over time don't really enjoy it much anymore. Just not really my style of rock.

Classic psych rock, always dug sunshine, also like the opener rest of album is kinda samey but still interesting

Retail ruined a few of the more popular songs on this album for me but the deep cuts are really rockin. Good musicianship all around Best songs: Poem 58 I'm a Man

Really funny, haven't heard a lot of the tracks before, enjoyed it a lot

Peak Kayne production really is something else. Haven't heard these songs in a long time but was really digging everything about em. Lyrics, samples, vibes, all of it. Like a little time capsule of a certain era that holds up really well. Amazing album

Never listened to an Elvis album all the way through before, pretty solid! Favorite tracks: Make Me Know It Fever (cover) Soldier Boy
