Since I Left You by The Avalanches
Aug 27 2025

Songs flow together seamlessly, samples a lot of different audio, good music for focus. Listen with headphones.

The Low End Theory by A Tribe Called Quest
Aug 28 2025

Some of the songs reminded me of Doechii's music. I wonder if this group is one of her influences. Fun rhymes and cool instrumentals, sampling from diverse genres. Didn't like "Infamous Date Rape" or "Butter."

Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek & The Dominos
Aug 29 2025

Pleasant to listen to, but did not get me hooked. Most of the songs dragged on too long for my preferences. "Layla" is a classic though.

Raw Power by The Stooges
Sep 01 2025

I really couldn't get into this one. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't interesting.

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Sep 02 2025

Johnny Cash is always a great musician and storyteller. This performance is no exception. I'm not usually a fan of live albums, but the fact that Cash recorded this at the San Quentin State Prison is pretty ballsy.

Unknown Pleasures by Joy Division
Sep 09 2025

The vocals were kind of mid, but I enjoyed the instrumentals so much that the album gets 5 stars.

It's Blitz! by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Sep 10 2025

The bad vocals really let down what could have been a great album. I liked the instrumentals quite a bit which made me give this 3-stars.
