Arcade FireLike Mark Mothersbaugh, lots of staccato. Pretty great overall. Check out the information on production.

Ugh. God production/engineering. Lots of hits came off this album. But dang. I feel like fleeteood Mac is overrated. Not my cup of tea.
Great album from the early punk group, helping define the genre in the 70s. Of course blitzkrieg bop could do that on its own.
Quintessential reggae. Marley and the wailers brought the genre into the lime light. Still, I prefer Jimmy Cliff, but that doesn’t diminish this album.
Not as esoteric as Varese, but Kraftwerk is a pop group. They are pretty esoteric given their genre. This is a great album of a bunch of nerds tinkering with synths like the the Mjnimoog and ARP odyssey. Tonality in most of the pieces helps make it more accessible.
Eh, it's Beck. I didn't really care for Odelay nor Sea Change. This album is better, but still meh. There is some interesting sampling but the tunes don't capture my attention. Listening to this 20 years later, I get Wolfgang Press vibes.
Ah, The Podigy. If you're a person of a certain age you may remember Wipeout on the PSX with a pretty great soundtrack including music from The Prodigy. Great samples and synth sounds layered for maximum ear candy.
Is there such a thing as bubblegum europop? That's what these guys are. If Rainbow Road needed a soundtrack it couldn't do better than to use some of these fantastic grooves.
Pretty great original folk sounds from the oughts.
Derek and the Dominos. Clapton is engaging in this group. Blues folk rock has a soft spot in my heart. Need to listen to the album more.
