Neon Bible by Arcade Fire

Fun fact: I saw Arcade Fire on the Neon Bible tour right after this came out, during the last 2 weeks of undergrad, so have nostalgia for it. And yet still I think it's just . . . fine. Not bad at all, but I don't think its their best work nor as interesting as it could be.

Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots by The Flaming Lips
Sep 03 2025

Has great opening song and in general strong out of the gate. Up and down after that but pretty fun, dreamy record that holds up.

Sticky Fingers by The Rolling Stones
Sep 09 2025

One of the best rock n roll albums ever. This would be better than most bands greatest hits record. Stones in their bag with some rockers but also chiller songs like Wild Horses and Moonlight Mile.

Enjoyable and solid. Doesn't really break any new ground or try anything too adventurous but I enjoyed this more than I expected.
