Absolutely love this album - what a way to kick this project off. I know that the real appeal of the Grateful Dead is in live performance and improvisation, but I've always enjoyed the albums plenty. One thing I'm really enjoying about this album is the variety of sounds and styles you get vocally - going from phil to jerry to bobby to pigpen and back to jerry so far has been a treat (Candyman atm). I no longer feel like typing so goodbye.
