Sonically the album is perfect, the funky base lines, the jazz drums, and the gospel/soul vocals in the background blend perfectly together. Combined with the political lyrics about Vietnam War, Police Brutality, Poverty, Systemic Racism and Environmental Degradation, i think this album shows how you can blend mellow music with political decisions and that’s the beauty of humanity
