1001 Albums Summary

I owned this album as a teenager! I didn't like it as much as Daydream, but there are some standout tracks like Honey, The Roof, and Close My Eyes. (I actually don't think I ever listened to any of the songs after Close My Eyes when I owned this on CD.)

I liked the first half of this album but the last two tracks were tough to listen to.

Much of the album sounded "same-y" to me.

Heart of Gold, Old Man, and The Needle and the Damage Done are already on my radar but I've never listened to an entire Neil Young album.

I'm not really sure what I just listened to. Rap, jazz, pop, it was all over the place

Never really got into Depeche Mode, I felt their music was all very same-y and I'm not a huge fan of the lead singer's voice.

"Help Me, Rhonda"...one of my favorite songs ever, much less Beach Boys songs.
