1001 Albums Summary

Some great songs. Some great melodies. U2 can write great melodies. But the music is anaemic and lacks feeling, it feels weak and without life. The lyrics can be weak sometimes, too. If a song comes on random l’ll listen to it and enjoy it. But I won’t actively seek out this album to listen to again.

Inventive. I enjoyed it. Not my genre though but I can appreciate it.

Hasn’t stood the test time but was an enjoyable album when it came out.
