1001 Albums Summary

Other than the hits, this album was pretty hard to listen to. I had forgotten about "Cherish" though. That song is a jam.

I'm sure a lot of people enjoy this. I am not one of those people.

It's funny how the Spotify streaming numbers almost always reflect how good a song is. How 3 million people listened to "Mother" is beyond me. Just awful. The Synchronicity songs are good. Every Breath You Take is obviously incredible, but doesn't fit with the flow of the album. After that song the album gets into a pretty good groove, but then the last song isn't very good again. Happy I listened. Won't listen again.

Other than a few tolerable songs this one was hard to get through. So noisy.

It's a classic for sure. I feel like it's pretty front-loaded though and maybe a little too long. After track 10 things get pretty boring. Best album so far though.

It was fine for what it was. Nothing blew my mind but nothing was hard to listen to. Perfectly fine.
