Quite enjoyed it Alot of blue’s and jazz influences in this rock album The remaster is cleaned up pretty well and well mixed Wouldn’t actively listen to this kind of music but enjoyed my stay
This album is important as it is divisive The themes of police violence and drug pushing and toxic masculinity are all still relevant today i think Serving as a way to express the anger they feel as Black American’s living in Compton under racism and police violence i think this album realizes that They state themselves that the N.W.A arent role models and this is a very bold first album in its tone Im of two minds about the album I think its both really important and hear and understand the message and anger and i also wouldn’t actively listen to this
The music is catchy and interesting but the mix is awful so far Its a really floaty pop sound but the mids are so loud on the synths its grating and overtaking the mix And this is the remastered version oof Couldnt finish the album even it was too harsh to listen to
I liked it alot For a british rock band they really like american soul sound and im not mad at it
Not bad but not really memorable for me It reminds me of mixing amateur bands at bars
Really dig this album The only songs i knew from muse were supermassive black hole and uprising from a differnet album but this music is pretty dope and younger me wouldve went feral for this “Assassin” goes bonkers “Knights of Cydonia” has horse noises so Cool
Love me some swing Its pretty milquetoast jazz but simple doesnt mean bad
Enjoyed it! I didnt realized Aerosmith started out so bluesy
Honestly theyre really weird i love it Havent finished the album but will defs go back to
