Surprised about the songs that were not sung by Freddy Mercury. Good the listen beyond the greatest hits. Not so surprised that this album was listed.

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye

We enjoyed the album but did only realised the song changed at the last song and the album was over!

Crosby, Stills & Nash by Crosby, Stills & Nash
Dec 13 2025

Sounds like beatles, but nothing really catchy or hooky. Sounded like one big ongoing song, boring. Even their most popular song didn't really spark.

Fetch The Bolt Cutters by Fiona Apple
Dec 14 2025

Sounds like she had an interesting concept…… for 1 song. Then she recorded 13 demo’s for it and put those on an album. Nice voice tho, would’ve loved to hear her sing more instead of repeating the same sentence over and over.

Parklife by Blur

Very nineties sounds. We liked the album because it had variety, some surprising songs and was well composed. Music was not our preferred genre.

Below our expectations for a band that made some very famous and good songs.

Zombie by Fela Kuti

Amazing music from someone who had a turbulant life! I'd recommend to read the Spotify biography

Beginning was a little underwhelming. A lot collaborations which made the expectations high, but it felt too hip-hop/raplike. Second half of the album was a lot better, more interesting, more soul.
