1001 Albums Summary

Fresh, alive, moving. 1977 album with the sound of the 80s. Hearing sounds and songwriting that probably inspired a lot of future bands, sioxsie and the banshees and peter Gabriel off the top of my head. The kind of album that grows on you more with each listen. Plus it has psycho killer.

Warm and intimate. I don't listen to much acoustic, soft rock, or the like, as I find a lot of it sounds the same. This album showed me how much variety can come from nothing more than different chords and melodies. The singing was pretty, it felt like an invitation and I took the hand held out to me. The lyrics were similarly intimate. Delightful palate cleanser.

Pleasant, chill. Good background music for pure vibing. I thought some of it sounded the same, but i also dont listen to bossa nova.
