1001 Albums Summary

A good listen!! Never bored though no one song grabbed me immediately as a true standout. Thank you Robert Smith.

I just don’t like jazz generally but this cool jazz?? It slaps. I like that there was no main instrument it felt like. Everything had its moment. I’m very quick to be annoyed by jazz but I wasn’t evenly mildly peeved at any point.

I’ve never gone out of my way to listen to a Springsteen album before but this is definitely not as bad I thought it would be, though it’s just not fully my cup of tea. A little too cheesy, a little too American. 3 of the 10 songs were good but most didn’t leave too much of an impression. Big ups “Adam Raised a Cain”, that slapped.

What a beautifully breezy listen. Gonna return to this when I wanna feel all happy and sunny.

I got a little tired of this after a while. Not bad but it started to sound really samey.

What a great first listen!! I don’t listen to music as heavy as this very often but I had a great time.

So pleasantly surprised by this!! Again, I’m not a fan of jazz but I feel like my brain was rewired or something. I would’ve hated this only a week ago. Loved the Spanish guitar pieces throughout. Very chaotic album!!
