1001 Albums Summary

This album was a surprise to me! It isn’t something I normally would listen to. I enjoyed the listening to the instruments the most. It reminds me of some jazz pieces I played in high school.

To me I wasn’t a huge fan of the album. I liked the guitar and bass riffs. Would? was my favorite song on the album. A lot of the songs had similar vibes. It just wasn’t for me.

I did enjoy listening to this album. To me what stood out were the lyrics. They were made to stand out. I felt like he was telling a story with folksy music in the background. I liked ‘Like a Rolling Stone’ and ‘Desolation Row’ the best. Although this would not be an album I would just put on, I still think it is a good album.

This is a good album. I already knew ‘Life on Mars.’ I ended up adding: ‘Changes,’ ‘Eight Line Poem,’ and ‘Quicksand’ to my playlists.

This was not for me. You and Whose Army? and Life in a Glasshouse were my favorites on the album. I liked pieces of those songs.
