Master Of Puppets by Metallica
Dec 18 2025

fave song - orion (hm master of puppets). all of the songs felt very similar, i really liked when some of the songs would kind of break away and sound different. for example, i love the break in the middle of master of puppets for this reason. orion is purely instrumental but i think that’s what i like most about it. it’s also a little slower than the other songs at some points. give my brain a break lol.

Pretenders by Pretenders
Dec 19 2025

* fave song - stop your sobbing * some songs sounded lile they were from the 2010s lowkey. i liked how each song sounded different, made the album more memorable. not exactly style but i dig it.

Dec 20 2025

* fave song - you don’t know me * ray charles has a very good voice, no song in the album that i disliked i could listen to all of these, feels like the soundtrack to falling in love idk, i liked it! a little slow and dragged on at some points but i would listen again.

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Dec 21 2025

* fave song - in a silent way * the end of the song in a silent way was quite beautiful, but honestly i zoned out listening to the two songs. it got a little redundant at points. not really my thing but wasn’t the worst listen in the world.

Definitely Maybe by Oasis
Dec 22 2025

* fave song - live forever * the marias did a cover of live forever and this is my first time actually listening to the original and its SO GOOD, I instantly knew this was going to be my favorite track on the album. columbia and supersonic were up there for me as well. married with children felt like a great closer to this album.

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Dec 23 2025

* fave song - a love supreme, pt. II - resolution * every song would start strong and get me excited but by the end of it i wasn’t feeling it. the motif in pt II resolution was cool. it was a little much for me

Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin
Dec 24 2025

* fave song - immigrant song (hm that’s the way & out on the tiles) * truly such an amazing album, loved how the first half was more rock heavy while the other half is more folksy. it was so hard to pick a favorite track because this album barely had any skips. would 100% listen again. however i didn’t LOVE the last track.

Dec 25 2025

* fave song - warning sign * pretty solid album, coldplay is always a classic. i enjoyed the album, but i wasn’t really wowed by until i got to the last four songs. i love warning sign so much!!

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary And Thyme by Simon & Garfunkel
Dec 27 2025

* a poem on the underground wall (hm for emily, whenever i may find her) * i liked the slower tracks in the album wayyy more than the more upbeat ones, a couple skips but overall solid album. i love me some folk!!
