1001 Albums Summary

I love the first track, Tom Sawyer, and I love the sound of all the tracks; the first one just stuck out to me more. I do think it will grow in me the more I listen and the lyrics seem interesting. Vital's lyrics seem interesting in particular, so looking forward to hearing them back and diving deep into the lyrics.

Loved the chill folky sound of this album. The tracks that appealed to me more than others are “ Things being the sun” and “Place to be”. I” all come back to it in the future for sure and check other albums.

I could not ignore how misogynistic and sexist the lyrics are even though the sound was not as bad, the lyrics ruin the experience for me. From the first track, I noticed it and immediately knew how the rest of the album is gonna be, but I still thought I should listen to the whole album before making a judgment.

Did not feel like anything special, I do like the sound but the lyrics and vocals are not that impressive. So overall don't think I’ll come back to it in the future, though trying a different album by them is not a bad idea.
