Popular Reviews

Unfortunately a very forgettable album. I can understand it's popularity at the time it came out however, it just doesn't hold up in my opinion. There are some really nice melodies throughout but overall it feels very lackluster and something I wouldn't think twice about if I heard it out and about.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Dec 30 2025

Had a strong start both intrumentally and lyrically. Great way of displaying very real political issues on top of music that makes you feel. Though I felt a decline midway through as the songs started to become static and boring. Love Bob Marley but this one just might not be for me.

Aladdin Sane by David Bowie
Jan 01 2026

Can never go wrong with Bowie. Not his absolute best but still an enjoyable listen and is well known for good reason. Not to mention the iconic cover.

Court And Spark by Joni Mitchell
Jan 05 2026

had a pretty strong start and was intrumentally beautiful but I found myself become increasingly bored as the album went on. there were no major standout moments to discern from so the songs started to mesh together in my mind.

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Jan 06 2026

Pretty catchy songs throughout and was entertained the whole time. they have such a unique sound special to them that I really appreciate.

Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Jan 07 2026

Pleasantly surprised by the sound of this album. I always knew Springsteen to be the classic dad music however I never relaised some of the deeper meaning of his songs which i find interesting.

Moss Side Story by Barry Adamson
Jan 08 2026

Honestly an interesting concept and well executed. would this be something I put in my regular rotation, absolutely not, but I did feel kinda compelled by it to keep listening.
