Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane
Jan 01 2026

Pretty solid. Sounds like standard 1960s rock in a good way.

Born To Run by Bruce Springsteen
Jan 02 2026

Pretty solid. Born to Run (song) is for sure the best on the album. I think some Bruce Springsteen falls into chaotic good, most falls into chaotic neutral.

Jan 04 2026

Nice listen. Good energy. Songs all sound pretty similar in a good way. Live recording made it more fun to listen to.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Jan 07 2026

Pretty easy listen. Quite enjoyed it.

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Jan 08 2026

Great sound. Unique voice. Recording a live performance at a prison should be a requirement for all musicians.

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Jan 10 2026

Solid listen. Sounds like a lot of good 60s rock but with some twang

Ten by Pearl Jam
Jan 12 2026

Solid but pretty variable in what songs I enjoyed vs didn’t.

Car Wheels On A Gravel Road by Lucinda Williams
Jan 14 2026

Not great. Kinda sounds like Sheryl Crow if she was more country and also wasn’t a good musician.

Rid Of Me by PJ Harvey
Jan 15 2026

Pretty good. Some of it was weird but mostly good.

Rattus Norvegicus by The Stranglers
Jan 16 2026

Pretty good stuff. Sounds like a good version of the music of its time.
