But i don't think i'd likely listen to most of this album again😭😭 Though i do love the guitar in the background. I just don't think i can get behind some of the lyrics lmao. Fav song: See no evil Least Fav song: Friction, Marquee Moon overall ranking: 1.81/5 (rounded up to 2/5) The instrumentals, guitarist and the drums are super good however the lyrics don’t stand out that much and sort of, in a way, ruin the songs for me, personally and I feel like the vocalist doesn’t match the music at all and is so out of place but idk. The vocalist voice sounds the same in ALL of these goddamn songs </3 Had the vocals been better, I fear I would have enjoyed this much more. Though I do appreciate the fact that their songs are long!! You don’t get anymore (but I did not appreciate it in Marquee Moon). Individual song ranking: See no evil - ‘And its a whole lot more than “anyhow”, get it?” - I love the instrumentals in this song🙏🙏 3/5 Venus - “We fell (did you feel low?) Nah (huh?) 2/5 Friction - I had high hopes for this song but its lacking 1/5 Marquee Moon - “A kiss of death, the embrace of life.” - I was going to give it a 2/5 but the 5 minute long instrumental section did not need to be that long. In no world what so ever did it need to be so long it could have been 5 mins max like what the flip. Like yes it was good but five minutes..!! 1/5 Elevation - “Don’t go to my head - I like the vocals/the lyrics but it DOESNT MATCH THE MUSIC 😣 sigh 2/5 guiding light - “Never the rose without the prick” - The potential this song had </3 2/5 prove it - I’m loving the guitar and drums in the background but none of the lyrics stand out 2.5/5 - Torn curtain The instrumental intro is amazing but the VOCALS DONT MATCH I feel so overwhelmed idk what’s going on in the song 1/5

Fav song: Witchy Women Least fav song: Peaceful Easy Feeling Overall ranking:2.5/5 -> Round up to 3 I quite liked this album but it got harder to listen to as the album went on, idk if its cuz its late and im tired or if its just bcs it was just a bit underwhelming compared to the first few songs?? Individual Song Rankings: Take it easy - "I gotta know if your sweet love is gonna save me" - I'm loving the guitar in the background and for once the music and vocals match🙏🙏🙏 3/5 Witchy Woman - "She got the moon in her eyes" Before the song starts, just know i have high expectations of this😛 I quite like this songg and the instrumentalss!!! 4/5 Chug all night - "High on a pleasure wheel; No devil ever cast a voodoo" - Loving the instrumentals at the start, but i fear the vocals don't seem to fit with it?? 2/5 Most of us are sad - Kind of mediocre compared to the other ones and like the potential this had??? None of the lyrics necessarily stand out to me. 2/5 Nightingale - "And let the floods return, we will prevail" - Nightingale was the superior house (No the fuck it was not, we sucked icl). I'm loving the musicc but idk what's going on 2.5/5 Train leaves here this morning - "Might have been that it was getting time to leave" 3/5 Take the Devil - "Oh, how could you be so blind?" This is such an experience with headphones, the intro kinda is weird like i cant hear anything except the beat in my right ear and idk how to feel abt it but i quite like the drums 2/5 Early bird - "..
