Frank by Amy Winehouse
Jan 09 2026

I loved it. The voice of Amy is very soulful and touching, especially knowing what happens to her after. The sound and instrument are amazing and my favorite songs are Stronger Than me, Moody's Modd For Love, In My Bed and Amy Amy Amy. I have no reason to not put 5 stars :).

Tom Tom Club by Tom Tom Club
Jan 10 2026

It was fun and surprising. Not a sound I am used to but have find a lot of great surprise. I still feel like it can sound outdated be its okay.

Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Jan 11 2026

The best I listened to yet. It was a great surprise and feel like the classic it is.

Bongo Rock by Incredible Bongo Band
Jan 13 2026

Really interesting, maybe too long for me but the different sound are really fascinating.

good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Jan 16 2026

Finally, an album that I have already listen and that I love. Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is one of the most important rap album of the century and each songs feel like it. From the storytelling and the skits used by Kendrick Lamar to the flow and production, I always feel like listening to something great.

Zombie by Fela Kuti
Jan 18 2026

Again, one that I know. Fela Kuti is an african legend, father of afrobeats. In Zombie, he denounces the Nigerian military and the sound resonates in all africa. I love the call back in the song, the african american influence and the long instrumental beginning.

BEYONCÉ by Beyoncé
Jan 19 2026

I love this album with a lot of songs that are classics now. The sound is more mature and the theme more sexual but like how she sounds. The featuring are kind of a let down except with Jay-Z.

The College Dropout by Kanye West
Jan 25 2026

It made a long since I listen to Kanye music for obvious reason. The College Dropout is awesome, a fun album with fun lines and a lot of personality. Kanye succeed to bring great featuring, tell a story that really show wh is Kanye with theme like sex and relation, religion, racism and many more. The sound is obvioulsy awesome with many sample and voice used, which will become his signature. I miss this Kanye lol.

Liquid Swords by GZA
Feb 01 2026

I love the instrumental, the sample, the flow and the storytelling. Album filled with so much influences of culture that the rapper loves amaze me and I love them.

Os Mutantes by Os Mutantes
Feb 10 2026

A really fun album. I am starting to hear some similarities in the sound of songs of this time. :)

To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar
Feb 11 2026

I listened to this album two days ago and I know it almost by heart. It's the best Kendrick Lamar with a deep and well-though storytelling. The samples, jazz instrumental and overall changes in Kendrick voice put this album in another level and it can be the best rap album of all time easily, I will. ot disagree with that.

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Feb 12 2026

Real fun album with a lot of differents moods. Second Miles Davis album I listen to and he can make me feel really different things with his instrument.

Raw Like Sushi by Neneh Cherry
Feb 13 2026

I loved the spanish moments. The instrumental are really fun and the flows too. I dont really resonated with the differents subjects but the overall music, even if you guess easily that it from 1989, is great.

Feb 14 2026

I understand why this album is a classic. 50 cent voice is really charismatic and his delivery and flows too. I like how various it sounds but most instrumental didn't stick with me.

Rapture by Anita Baker
May 08 2026

Amazing

May 12 2026

Its fun and some songs sound still good. I felt weird when he shouts out Africa Bambataa tho.
