1001 Albums Summary

Song 1: Born On The Bayou - I thought it was fine, didn't really care too much for it Song 2: Bootleg - Liked it a bit better than song 1, so far getting the vibe this isn't really my type of album Song 3: Graveyard Train - Seems slower, I kind of like the beat but I don't think it's a song I'd ever think "oh! I feel like listening to this song" Song 4: Good Golly Miss Molly - Seems more upbeat and doesn't sound as country as the other songs, gives more rock vibes - I kind of like the beat to this one, probably my favorite song from this album so far, added this one to my liked songs Song 5: Penthouse Pauper - this one also sounds more rock than country, also liked this one better than the first three but so far I like Good Golly Miss Molly the most still. Song 6: Proud Mary - this is actually a song I know, I didn't recognize it originally by it's name but as soon as it started playing I realized I knew it and that it's a song I enjoy - this one was also added to my liked songs Song 7: Keep On Chooglin' - was curious what chooglin meant and found out it was a fake word made up by the band that basically means "keep on rocking" or "keep on having a good time". I thought this song was fine but I definitely enjoyed 2 other songs more Overall thoughts: The first couple of songs gave a more country type vibe, but as the album continues on it kind of gives more of a rock vibe. I don't think the first three songs were really my type of music. The next three songs I liked better and even realized I recognized one of the songs "Proud Mary" 2 songs from this album were added to my liked songs - "Good Golly Miss Molly" and "Proud Mary"

Song 1: Little Child Runnin' Wild - It has a sort of funky beat, but I like how this sound track is sounding so far, solid opening song for the soundtrack Song 2: Pusherman - This song was fine, I feel like this soundtrack is very instrumental which is fine, just not particularly my thing Song 3: Freddie's Dead - Probably like this song the best so far, wish this soundtrack was more singing less instrumental. So far all these songs are pretty long and there's a lot of instrument breaks which is fine just not usually my thing Song 4: Junkie Chase - Instrumental - The instruments sounded perfectly fine, I just don't really listen to just instrumental songs Song 5: Give Me Your Love (Love Song) - First minute of this song is all instrumental again before the singing starts, these songs are long with not much singing, lots of music breaks Song 6: Eddie You Should Know Better - Thought it was fine Song 7: No Thing on Me (Cocaine Song) - Also perfectly fine Song 8: Think - Instrumental - Same as before, don't really listen to instrumental songs, this sounds kind of familiar though, also makes me kind of sleepy Song 9: Superfly - Also perfectly fine Overall thoughts: I thought it was a perfectly fine album - nothing really stood out to me though. 3/5 stars No songs added to playlist

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be

thought it was a perfectly fine album - didn't recognize any of the names of the songs or the band name until the first song started playing, then I realized these were songs used in the Minecraft movie
