Incredible life affirming album, behind blue eyes is so overrated though.

songs are waaay too long, Honky Chateau and Goodbye yellow brick road easily top this.

Legendary beats, maybe slightly too long but the highlights on here are some of the best De La and Hip-hop has to offer. Essential. Buhloone Mindstate is definitely their most cohesive work though.

That key change in ‘People Get Ready.’ Rest of the songs rule too. Aretha’s vocals carry this album.

Monumental album for the Fab Four and the psychedelia movement.

Compared to the rest of the McCartney cannon, it’s definitely slightly overrated when albums like RAM and McCartney exist but, still a really good album.

Love the instrumentation and production on this one. Unfortunately it doesn’t resonate in a way that particularly makes me want to revisit it. A very cold album you have to be in the mood for. Could potentially grow on me. For 1979, this is objectively quite a forward thinking record in terms of its aesthetic, definitely worth recognition in that regard.

This is the most punk thing I’ve ever heard. So bold, so exciting.

For better and for worse, experience the mind of Todd Rundgren. Definitely a handful of filler tracks present but the high points are some of the most endearing 70s power pop.

An incredible sounding album from a boundary pushing singer-songwriter. Doesn’t even crack my top 5 records from him but that goes to show how amazing he is.
