1001 Albums Summary

I appreciate and recognize the talent and skill that is showed on this album. From the vocals to the instrumentation and the structure of the songs. Mistakenly, I listened to the album on shuffle while I was cleaning. I’m sure I missed an element of the albums structure. However, I don’t think that would change my review much. It’s just not the kind of sound that appeals to me. It sounds like listening to a musical, which I am also not big fan of. I enjoy watching and hearing performances of great skill, but without that sound that appeals to me, it’s not something that can hold my attention for long, or something that I will revisit.

I enjoyed this listen. It felt cozy and like being sung to by a wise grandma.
