One of the most iconic indie debut albums. Love the raw guitar sounds/parts. Alex’s lyrics are complex, impressive how he sings and plays guitar parts at the same time. Due to the high word density the subject matter is often lost while listening to the song. Requires multiple listens. Favorite song: From the Ritz to the Rubble Least favorite song: Mardy Bum Rating: 9/10

Instrumentals zijn prettiger dan ik me had voorgesteld. De gitaar is best wel funky. De manier van zingen en de inhoud past vast in de tijdsgeest maar doet me niet veel. In wake up vond ik het wel grappig. Favoriete nummer: Wake Up Minst favoriete nummer: Settle for Nothing Rating: 7/10
