it's super fun and so different to what I'm used to listen to
i think it's a little heavy for me, not exactly my cup of tea. however, it is a great album filled with so much soul and passion.
i love how you can tell every track belongs to the same album but still feels like each song is different and unique. The message is absolutely lovable, and i think ending the album with "it's your world" is truly an amazing choice. although i'm not a big fan of rap, i believe this album is wonderfully executed
regardless of the clear reggae influences during the first half, it took some interesting and dynamic turns from the second half. it's a high 3 for me
the vibe is immaculate. the laughs, comments, the distance of the piano. you really do feel like you're right there
truly interesting and versatile, i felt all sorts of things while listening to it. a wonderful experience filled with passion and creativity. i loved it
some songs are catchier than others, but it's a very interesting and cohesive album. i really like the ending of the last song, it kinda brings everything together
I clicked play expecting a rather heavy rock type of music but i bumped into a very experimental journey. Unfortunately, it's too out of the box for me.
I mean this in the absolute best way possible, but this whole album gives me Shrek vibes. The mix of rock with medieval instruments/sounds/production was marvellous and so different. The vocalist's voice started out sounding a bit mismatched to me but somehow put everything together in the end.
I had never heard an album of hers before and music-wise, it was really relaxing, a new experience. And although I enjoyed some songs, I don't think I'll be listening to her other albums any time soon. I'm afraid to say I don't get the vibe.
It has a similar vibe throughout the entire album, except those brief moments where it simply goes nowhere near you would've thought. It was good, nevertheless. High three I'd say
it's a rocky album with the tiniest bit of poppy vibe. Listening to this album feels like two eras colliding in the best possible way. Somehow listening to this feels like living inside an early 2000s movie, it's amazing.
It's got a good vibe. I wasn't paying much attention while listening to it but no song particularly got my attention so i'd say high 3 because it was still enojyable
The whole album is like really bad and boring foreplay. Nothing happens, and when it does, it's the worst thing you could listen to.
I loveeeee live recorded albums that include people's actual reactions or random background sounds. they're always so fun to listen to, and this album was no exception.
It's so good! It's experimental but not in a way that makes you want to drop the album halfway through. On the contrary, it's the type that keeps you hooked. As a first time listen, you never know where it's going but it always surprises you on the best possible ways, it brings so many variations of genres and artists in such a cohesive way, truly a masterpiece.
I don't know what happened with the clint eastwood remix, though.
