overall, very good listen, but not a repeat album for me! It’s very interesting —- the main singer’s voice is incredible and very dynamic! They play a lot with different rhythms and textures here! I think there’s not many songs to really latch on to (ie: that I find catchy) other than spellbound! But I think overall it’s really cohesive and such a rollercoaster of an album!

easy listen - pretty minimal! I liked some songs outside the main singles I feel like. Birdy's "Shelter" cover CLEARS and I feel like that song in general showcases what's not clicking with me --- the song structures either work or don't work! I feel like (and genuinely just structuring the verses and all that stuff together), sometimes it sounds a bit choppy to me! I definitely would listen to some singles again, but it wasn't as interesting a listen as I wanted it to be. In fact, it was a bit boring to me, which I was disappointed in! But I understand wholeheartedly why it's a classic!

This is giving me Weezer by a lot! Maybe Weezer used them as a reference, I’m not sure! To be honest, there’s not really a song that I latched to! Not saying the record isn’t catchy (or that it matters tbh) but it’s not like something I would have continuously in my head (but tidbits of the last song is playing, so maybe I’m a liar)! That being said, it was a very enjoyable listen! I was bopping along to it and I felt it added a little spice to the rock genre! There were some chord changes I didn’t see coming at all! I had fun listening!
